Smoothie bowls are so easy to make using whatever ingredients you like.

Our favourite recipe is:

• 1 Frozen Banana
• 1 cup of ice,
• 1 cup of fruit of your choice,
• 1 Tbsp Nut Butter
• 2-3Tbsp milk of your choice

Blending 1 banana (ideally frozen), 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of fruit of your choice, 1 Tbsp nut butter and 2-3Tbsp milk of your choice (more or less as needed). You can also add 1-2tsp sweetener if you are using quite tart fruits. Pour it into a bowl and top with whatever delicious and nutritious toppings you like!

This is so simple and delicious!

• 4 Kumara
• Olive Oil
• 4 cloves of Garlic
• Big bunch of Kale
• Salt for seasoning
• 2 Tbsp Almond butter
• 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Cut Kumara in half and then cook in an oven until soft. Use a fork to fluff up the insides

Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil, 4 cloves garlic and 1 big bunch of kale in a frypan over medium heat – cook for 3-4 mins. Sprinkle ½ tsp salt over the kale as it is cooking.

To make the dressing, stir together 2 Tbsp almond butter, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 2 Tbsp. Add extra olive oil if needed to get the consistency thin enough to drizzle.

Dollop all together – drizzle the dressing over the kumara, top with garlicky kale and then also more dressing if required.

All you need are 5 ingredients:

• 3/4 cup Smooth Nut Brothers PB
• 2 ripe bananas puréed (in a food processor)
• 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate
• 1 cup cream whipped
• 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Melt the chocolate then cool to room temp. Mix together with the peanut butter followed by the banana purée and then the cream (folding slowly). Top with the peanuts and then freeze for 3 hours until you have finished up your dinner and are ready for dessert! 🤤

Ingredients

• 1 cup oats
• 1/4 Nut butter of your choice
• 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice.

Combine oats with Nut butter and 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice. Optional to add any dried fruit, nuts, coconut or extra goodies as you wish!

Here we made:
- Sticky Date and Almond (using our Sticky Date Almond Butter and date syrup)
- Peanut Butter and Honey (using Peanut Butter and honey and rolling in chopped peanuts)
- Chocolate cranberry (using our Chocolate Peanut Butter and honey, then adding dried cranberries and rolling balls in coconut).

To make, blend all of the below:

• 2 cans chickpeas
• 1 clove garlic (peeled)
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 6 Tspb Peanut Butter - we tried with our Smooth Peanut Butter and also with our Smokin Chipotle Peanut Butter!
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice - 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cumin
• 5 Tbsp Greek yoghurt

Then top with smoked paprika and crushed peanuts and serve with pita or tortilla chips
